We do not charge to create accounts, nor is there a monthly fee to continue with Creative Medical Communication, Inc.  However, when your business takes you in a different direction, your access will be removed, as there is no longer an agreement with Creative Medical Communication, Inc that we store your records indefinitely.  We will remove access to any account in keeping with HIPAA guidelines.  

Billing is on your terms (weekly, biweekly or monthly); however, payment will be due within ten days of invoicing.  If payments are not received within the 10 days, a late payment charge will be made and interest will start to accrue.  

We do appreciate your business, but when you sign with us, we are giving you a guarantee that we will not leave you without 30 days notice.  We are requiring that you do the same in return.
